🔁 Conditions for an accepted return:

• The return must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your package (the day of receipt counts as day 1).

• The item must be returned in its original packaging , with tag, unworn, unwashed and odorless .

• Promotional items, sale items, or jewelry are neither exchangeable nor returnable.
  
  

• Any package dropped off after the deadline will be refused , even if the return label was generated on time. In this case, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs .

• The initial (outbound) shipping costs are never refunded .
  

💸 Refund:

• The refund is made to the bank account used for the payment .

• It is processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of your return in our warehouse.
