🔁 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us by email at hellosunset.team@gmail.com before sending your return. This step is mandatory in order to receive the correct return address. Any return sent without prior approval by email will be automatically refused.

• Your return must be dropped off within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order (the delivery date counts as Day 1).

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors.

• Sale items, promotional items, and jewelry are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Any parcel dropped off after the 14-day return period will be refused, even if the return label was generated on time. In this case, the cost of reshipping the parcel back to you will be at your expense.

• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

💸 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
